Would give this place a zero if I could, I highly recommend not coming here, terrible service and environment. We ordered a... shisha which took 50 mins to come (by the time we were ready to leave), a few food items we ordered didn?t even come, and whenwe asked the server about it, she explained that the chef left, so she would have to cancel the order. Also there was ashirtless drunk guy that was being very aggressive, trying to fight my friends and the staff did nothing about it. Heaggressively knocked over our shisha with his hands and cursed us out, for no reason. The environment was unsafe and hostile. Ifwe weren?t already leaving, we would have called the Police. We were mandated to pay a 18% tip (due to our group size) despitethe terrible service and experience. Would not recommend this place at all. Read more

The restaurant serves the absolute best middle-eastern food! Was there just now and I'm so so impressed by the chef! Mashallah!!... I couldn't thank him enough for the authenticity of the flavours and you can feel the skills and the love he puts in the food hemakes! Thank you so much, Jaleel!!! My husband and I stopped in Mint on Friday (Aug 26, 2022) for just a quick snack and a drink. What a great decision that was! We... absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, and most certainly the staff! Initially we were at a table but moved to the bar as it seemedthe waitress was unable to be attentive to our table. Once seated at the bar, we met a tiny girl named Tanya. She wasdelightful, great conversation, awesome sense of humour and makes a delicious Mojito! As busy as she was, she ensured we werenot neglected in any way. She was right on top of things. The food is really good. We ordered Falafel plate, Beef shawerma plate and Lahmajun (Turkish pizza). All were great in taste and... quality. We smoked a blueberry mint shisha and it was awesome too. This place is highly recommended. Read more

Had a great night here yesterday. My server was very attentive and made sure we had a great time. The building itself is okay looking, but as soon as you step inside, you realize you?ve made a mistake by picking Mint Lounge as... a way to spend your evening and money. The staff are incredibly rude, drinks are overpriced and gross, and the clientele arejust immature kids. I?m in my twenties myself, but I felt extremely uncomfortable around them. Being stared at, looking at youlike if you get in their way by accident, somebody might start a fight. Would never ever recommend to anybody if they have anystandards whatsoever. Waste of time. Can't compare with other places as it was the only hookah place I visited in the area. Their hookahs are nice, clean and we'll... prepared, my only take is on the coals reloads, most of the times you have to ask for that, but other than that it's fine. Read more
