My go to for sandwiches. The beauty is in the simplicity, as well as the quality of 'the build'. It's a classic sub that isn't... trying to be fancy or trendy, which i appreciate! Hero Sub is my usual order; double meat, double cheese, double veg.. addpickles for a little tang. Although this thing is so massive it needs it's own aerodrome, the sandwich always stays together;the build and stacking are top notch, and it's always delicious! Tried Mike's for first time today and hand down better then subway. I?ve been going to Mike?s ever since I was little with my parents and even though I have moved out of Hamilton and even Ontario... I make sure to stop here every time I come visit! I feel like I've been to every sub shop in the city but can't get enough of this Mike's location. The thin lettuce and onions is... the ticket here. Torpedo is my favourite even with the fake bacon. The best part is the price. Big staple in East Hamilton. Read more

Fantastic place! I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem while visiting and couldn?t of been happier. The prices are... fantastic, ingredients fresh, classic taste. My biggest regret is that there isn?t a Mike?s in Toronto for me to go all thetime.
