Was my daughters birthday yesterday all she wanted was macdonalds? so here?s her grandma sitting in a drive through line up for... 55minutes waiting for her order FINALLY gets food and it?s not even her order?. How the standards of McDonald's has fallen. This McDs is horrible. Garbage over flowing, all the tables are dirty, we had to... have 3 staff members to get our order correct on the till. Not to mention the food was barely warm. The pop counter was acomplete mess, no napkins. If I could rate a -# I would. Beware of this establishment. It will be the last time I eat here. Read more
I don't ask for much when visiting McDonalds but not getting the inedible fibrous stem on the tomato would be nice.
Manager was no help in giving us a refund or new food for THEIR problem. Gave us the wrong food and then said it was skips... fault, even though our recipt had the correct items that we ordered from skip. It was this store that gave us the wrong itemsand they were of no help at all. Just wanted some breakfast. Read more
The staff at this place need to be better supervised. My child does not need to hear your staff dropping f bombs at the drive... thru window. I don't care what coworkers share with each other on their own time, but customers do not need to hear that.Totally unprofessional, vulgar language. These girls should be ashamed! Read more
"Run away while you can." I should have followed the advice that one of your workers (the blonde lady who was expediting food... at 11:30am on 7/31/22) was giving to a coworker who I assume was just starting work. Two of our sandwiches did not come withthe bacon they should have. The bad attitude we received from the same lady when we asked for the bacon we'd paid for was notappreciated. But the worst part for me was the FACE FULL OF FRUIT FLIES I got when I tried using the ketchup pump in the diningroom. We didn't feel comfortable asking for ketchup packets from your angry staff, so we ate the cold, unsalted fries we weregiven plain. I will never go to this location again. Read more
I paid .50 cents PER box of MAC sauce and this is all they gave me LOL how pathetic. Bought through mobile online. Just make... sure to check your sauces. This location never gives what you order online. I always end up going home without my sauce. Read more
Horrible. Me and 3 small kids, waited 20min in line without an order take. Lady in front of me getting annoyed, yelled out ?is... someone taking orders? response- ?sorry we?re backed up on orders? eventually 3 people in front of me left. I wanted to confirmif they had a certain toy for happy meals. Got out of line to ask, am told no just Monopoly right now? Huh? That?s nothing to dowith the kids toys. Still no order take. Left to go in drive thru and people getting out of their cars in the lineup was sobacked up. Poorly managed indeed. Not the first time like this either, hence the review this time.
