Just went there ans the time was 4:15am. Placed my order through the app everything seemed fine. I get to the drive through... only to he told that "they're doing a system restart" and can only serve coffee and take cash. If this is actually somethingthat locations need to do it should then be communicated on the app. What a waste of time and gas. Read more
Always always missing something that was ordered. Service is very slow. Burgers typically have toppings half falling off or... worse. We only go back because of convenience. Really can't recommend this location. Update: They ALWAYS forget to give me partof my order but they never forget to charge me for it. Why should I always have to go back to get the food that is sitting therethat they didn't give me? Pathetic. On top of that now their prices are getting really high and the food is usually cold. Coldburgers and cold fries. I go here often because it is convenient and apparently I hate good service. And they consistentlyforget to give me my cold food. Read more
Drive through mess ups yet again . No nuggets, cold fries, no ketchup, no sweet and sour, no napkins and and no straws ... I... get it if u miss one thing but when ordering 3 meals and u only get 2 and of that 2 half is cold and clearly not fresh....nocondiments.... no quality control at all . called 4 times to voice the issue , No one picks up. And this is a Tuesday at 815 pm. Can't imagine how attentive they are when they are actually busy . Read more
Around 2 am, I waited in a very long drive through line for one meal. Not sure if they were understaffed but it wasn't worth it.... When we did get the food the fries were hard and the drink had no flavour. At least it had carbonation???? Read more
Went to this location with a couple friends. Got our meals and the food was made and put together fairly well. The stores... seating available was great. There were a ton of tables of all different shapes and sizes for different groups. And wasclean. My only issue was the staff in the kitchen were not wearing gloves and touching a few different surfaces then the food.*no hand washing* Not the best thing to see. Read more
If I wanted a salad with my big Mac I would have ordered it, always way to much lettuce plus Mac and fries were cold. This is... definitely not the first time from this MacDonalds. I understand these are students but quality control of product output needsto be shown. Taking responsibility for their jobs will help them in the future. Read more
We ordered spicy habanero burger combo through drive-thru and told the employee to make it extra spicy like to put extra spicy... sauce but she was in such a hurry as you can see the extra spicy habanero burger in the picture. Just came from long day of workand she spoiled my whole mood with such disgusting burger. Read more
Ordered quarter pounder blt meal. Fries were hot sandwich was cold. Should have known. My order came out too fast. Seems as if... they just gave me one that was sitting there for some time. Ate it anyway because they were very busy. Will not return. Read more
