Very busy store with a very small parking lot. The drive through is packed. The service is quick and the staff are friendly.
Ordered breakfast items (sausage McMuffins and hash browns) through the app, went through drive through to pick it up, they were... busy, but service was slower than expected, considering my order was placed at home. Food was fine, although cheese on McMuffinswere half off the sandwiches and all over the wrappers. Definitely no care in service provided from several departments. Read more
I don?t really go here for the food. McDonald?s food is McDonald?s food. When dining in the food is always fresh and hot. Every... single location has an awful long line up at the drive-thru....all of them, any time of day. Has this location messed up myorder sometimes, yes, yes they have. But they?re ALWAYS polite to me. It may have something to do with recognizing these guysare overworked, and a friendly hello and some small chat goes a long way. Please pay Miss Toni her weight in gold because she?salways gone over and above to deliver wonderful service. You?d be VERY unfortunate to lose her. Always have great experiences with each McDonald's I go to, however this one was a bloody nightmare. The drive thru women who I... hate to mention but relevant to my experience here was African American. She was not a very welcoming host with the pointssystem and made it very difficult to use my reward points. And then she "kissed " her teeth at me. More than once! That's a bigF#*@Y#* in my books. Just a heads up for those who are going through the drive-thru at this location. Make sure you CHECK your order BEFORE YOU DRIVE... AWAY!! There is a good chance your order is wrong or missing items. However, it?s still not as bad as the incompetents that workat the location across from Lime Ridge Mall. Don?t go there. Ever. Read more
Probably one of the worse MCDONALD location I have ever been. I ordered o the app ahead of time and still ha to wait almost 30... minutes for a product that in no ways met my expectations. The staff could be shorthanded but this is no excuse for me to payfor this. Don't recommend anyone to go to this store and waste their time. With the waiting time a litterally could have gone toany other location in the city! Read more
Been coming here for a while since it's only a 5 min walk away from me. Food has always been good and consistent but the wait... time can be a bit long when you're ordering from inside. Drive through is quicker however. Would recommend. Read more
