There are 14 orders on the board, one person just left complaining his order took 20 minutes to make. Mine came after ten... minutes which is crazy at 7:30 am. The espresso machine was not working so they were not able to make a Peppermint Mocha despiteit being available when I placed my order, and the substitute was a medium coffee. I dont know what it is about this location, I have not once come through the drive through and not have to wait 10-15 minutes... for my food. Today will be the last time I come here, they had 6 other cars waiting as well. Busy time... yes. But I have neverseen it as bad as this location was today and like I said. Other locations that are twice as busy still manage to pump food outbut here you always get pulled up to a spot to wait a minimum of 10 minutes. Read more

Service is bad asked them for ketchup and mayo and that was not given. The burgers were very dry and poutine was dry as well... with little to no gravy and not even enough fries charging so much for such little quantity very disappointing for the money Ihave spend the staff is horrible at taking instructions. Would give them zero stars if I could. Read more

Service could improve but hey it was 645am I understand we are still not awake yet lol. Once again management need to chat with... the staff and anyone who has to wait for there food all u need to say is sorry for the wait have a good day and guess what thewait was forgiven but here at this MacDonald's only a selected few have good service skills. This location it's my order right 90% of the time and I go here quite frequently. Speed of service is quite slow in comparison... to other locations although it's always very busy. I gave it an extra star than what I thought it deserved simply because of thelady who works at the drive-thru during the morning shift. I can't give it no stars and it's what it deserves. Too many staff standing around doing nothing of value to help expedite in... store customers transactions. This store over the last 3-4 years has seen it's service level plummet to a I don't give a "°?tlevel. It must be blamed squarely on upper management and the franchisee to allow such sub par service to fester at thislocation. The time it takes to get an order completed from payment to getting a simple order yet drive thru orders exactly thesame items are completed in a much shorter time frame. Today I ordered a simple Big Mac combo large fries med coke zero. 12. 5minutes to have my order called out. The fries were stale hard and cold m. Not once but twice. No napkins in the bag nocondiments offered and a general lack of could care less why are you bothering me. I counted 6 employees around the tilloffering zero help. Not even acknowledging our presence there. A shout out to other staff members to check in on us if they wereclocking in would have been at minimum decent customer service. 20 years in the hospitality/ travel industry with a focus oncustomer service and F&B I'd fire every single one of the staff at this location. Then make the managers at every level coverthe shifts. Only then could I do a really assessment of what needs done. Sack supervisors and replace them with the good frontline employees. Honestly 4 years of dismal service is enough. It can't be every employee who is a slacker. It's the culture fromthe top. Time to have good think people Upper James and Rymal is best avoided if your in a rush. Oh and as an aside 3 femaleemployees were sitting at the long table having a very public conversation where F Bombs are dropped frequently. I've noproblem with employees eating out front. Poor service. Took 15 minutes to complete a drink order (3 smoothies). Apple pies were cold and had to be reheated. Many staff... including the shift manager were too busy chatting instead of making sure orders were being processed. @ 20 Rymal Road East. Ihave had this issue often at this store. One morning the dining room was supposed to open @ 6am. I arrived at 6:15 to pick up amobile order in store but door was locked. Finally got order @ 6:30 given to me at the door. No apology for the latedistribution was given. I try to avoid coming to the store but sometimes have to come. The owner/operator needs to be made awareof these deficiencies and ensure corrective measures are taken. Read more

**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Save yourself the headache. There is a McDonald?s that is much better right across from CF Limeridge... Mall. This must be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. ???????????? I have had multiple issues with this specific location.On one occasion, there was an entire meal missing from my order. Another time, I waited for almost an hour (after paying) in thedrive thru reserved spot to have them forget my order completely and very rudely ask why I was parked there.
