We have supported this Marble Slab for over 10 years and been quite happy with the service. However, today was a frustrating... experience. While I fully understand the concerns these days with Covid protection and sanitary conditions, it seems irrelevantand ridiculous to refuse to put a single gummy bear on my Mom's ice cream cone. The item is included in the mix-in options butthey insisted it could only be added if they mixed it in, not placed on top. As an alternative solution, I suggested putting asingle gummy bear into one of their small sample cups, I would pay more for it and place it on top of the ice cream cone myself.This option was refused also. Luckily the ice cream is always yummy but basic customer service and an understanding of scienceand what constitutes sanitary conditions appears sadly lost in blind rule following. Read more

Disappointing experience. Been coming here for years and have had many free cards filled because of the many visits. They... served my son some off flavoured ice cream which he didn?t like and even after asking, the owner?s daughter rudely rejected therequest and was ok with us just throwing it out. Not terrible. It is very busy. Staff is not friendly. Restaurant is pretty clean. The ice cream is not as good or tasty as... Baskin Robbins or other good ice cream shops or even what you buy in a grocery store. Their waffle cones have many holes allover that leak ice cream everywhere. They put candy and toppings in the ice cream which helps if that's what you want. Theprices are ridiculous. $10 per person. Not even close to worth it. Read more

Super fast service seeing that it's a small ice cream parlor. We love stopping in on Sunday evenings for a cone. Lots of things... to choose from and you won't be disappointed because the quality is really good. My favorite is the double dark chocolate but ifyou really want the one I go to when I'm not feeling for that it's vanilla mixed with strawberry. Read more
