Once you know what you're doing, ordering is extremely simple. The staff are very friendly and bring you everything as fast as... possible. The menu choices offer great variety and having the split pot allows for those with dietary restrictions the abilityto have what they want. The cold noodles are super yummy too. Then when you're done eating there's a free half hour of karaokein the basement. There's also an assortment of old TVs with classic games, some board games and guitar hero around to play. Read more

Favourite hot pot place in Hamilton. Fair pricing and great selection of meats, vegetables, and sides. Staff are friendly and... helpful. It can get a bit busy with how many international students eat here but relatively easy to find a table. Read more

Soup bases are decent, technically all you can eat but they only let you order three rounds of food. That being said, the... portions for each order we're pretty sizeable. Quality of the meats were reasonable but the beef balls, crab sticks, and fishballs were all a bit disappointing. Unfortunately they also don't let you customize/make your own sauces which is one of myfavourite parts about going to eat hot pot. Lastly service is unfortunately very slow so by the time you get your next round oforders, you're feeling pretty full. Read more

First time going here with a group of friends on Saturday night. Food and experience was wonderful. Cost to eat was 24.95 on... weekends and 22.95 on weekdays I think. And you pay additional 1-3 a pot if you want to make it spicy or change the flavour.Otherwise, the chicken broth is the base soup with the price. The price also includes the cold noodles and glass pudding in themeal. The cold noodles were pretty tasty even though I did not expect much out of it. In terms of the actual meal, the menu wasfull of fresh great items to choose from to add to your hot pot. From fresh vegetables to tofu and top quality sliced beef, chicken and lamb. The only criticism is service was slow but it was really busy that night and the experience out with a groupof friends did not make the service speed an issue. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back. Read more

Considering that there is not much option in Hamilton, this place is not too bad. But if I compare to hot pot places in Toronto,... this is almost below average. The quality and taste is very similar to their sister shop in Toronto. The cold noodle is stillvery good but other than that, the rest of the food is just so so. Food selection is limited and the spicy soup base is not asspicy as what I would wanted. Read more
