Lazy customer service. Zero effort to answer the phone after 6 tries (I was trying to a cancel mobile order that incorrectly... placed me at a random store) despite the girl at the counter saying it was busy all morning, there was zero other customerwaiting in line inside or parked out front for food. As someone who used to run a pizza shop, I find this customer serviceinexcusable and completely put the blame on management. I drove the extra 30 minutes to get a cash refund, no option to refundonto my credit card, no option to CANCEL AN ORDER on the god awfully designed mobile app. I've been turned off of little Ceasarsfor a while.
