KFC on Parkdale Ave in Hamilton - thank you!! We ordered from a store on the mountain and found out after it was paid for, that... that location was closed for renovations...getting a refund from an online order is a long process, but my brother called theParkdale location, spoke to Laurie and she helped us get our order without having to pay for it again. The food was good , that?s why I gave it two stars , but I was missing two sides in the bag , I ordered threw skip but when I... called to address said missing products the gentleman that answered started getting flustered right away and kept saying contactskip and sounded like he was getting annoyed as they were close to being closed .. hung up on me after I said he needs to learnbetter customer service skills because the way he handled my phone call was uncalled for . Terrible kfc, pieces are tiny and burnt, gravy container was super flimsy and my wife burnt her hand when it collapsed in her... hand. Worker in the kitchen seemed to be eating while making our food, and several of the pieces were missing chucks offchicken. Definitely not worth the money anymore, quality is abysmal. Read more
First and last time here, didn't feel welcomed into the store, everyone seemed fed up of their jobs, alot of swearing from the... cashier, condiments thrown in my bag, overall customer service sucks, food was soggy my kids barely ate it. Customer service isnot for everyone, as soon as I went in I was dying to leave. You're better off cooking at home, trust me. Read more
Have not been to this location in a few years, and thought I would try it again. This will be the last time I will be going... there. Not only is the overall location falling apart and need a good cleaning, the manager there is very very rude. Front staffwas very nice but the manager could learn a thing or two from those who work under him. I asked for a family meal that was allwhite with no wing, I was treated very rudely even though I am fully aware that I will be paying a lot more for a specific meal.Not only that, when I did agree to take the dark meat that came with the meal the vast majority of the 16 pieces of chicken thatI received were dark meat. I think that whoever owns this location needs to train their employees on respect especially sincenothing but respect was given to this manager. From now on I will be going to the other location down on Barton Street. That isthe location I usually go to and have had no problems there at all. The location I'm Parkdale needs to be closed. And if notclosed, it needs a serious cleaning and the higher up people in the staff need some training. Read more
Food was good, reasonably fast service, stuff okay. We went June14/22 about 3:00 pm all good. We got onto the highway and... notice, there was food missing. We order a bucket with chicken pieces and tenders, two salads, fries and gravy. We got thechicken, fries and gravy. No salads, no cutlery, and not napkins. What happened to the tenders, salads and cutlery????? Itwas not busy in the store, there was only two folks before us. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Dear owner., manager and staff Please do your jobs and do them correctly. It's not fair that we have to pay for things we don'tget and why should we have to look at our order before we leave. We love KFC, we come here often and we are hardly ever dissatisfied. My only concern is the brown looking lettuce they put on my... chicken sandwich but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Always budget friendly too. Read more
