This was my second time visiting IOS, and again I was completely satisfied. I brought two friends with me this time and one of... them was celebrating her birthday. This was their first experience and they could not be happier or fuller after enjoying theirdelicious meal. The portions are plentiful, and the food seasoned perfectly as well as cooked to perfection. The restaurant isso clean, including the bathrooms which is one of the things that says a lot to me about an establishment. All the staff werecompletely friendly from the hostess who seated us, to our server Alex, who took extremely good care of us and the rest of staffwho made us feel very welcomed. I just wanted to add that Alex made our evening even more enjoyable with his humor and pleasant demeanor. Thank you for another delicious and wonderful evening. Every time I visit IOS, I always felt the warmth of the family that runs the restaurant. I am WELL FED and treated like family.... The staff are all kind and so much fun! This is the exact environment my new husband and I wanted to celebrate our marriagein. They took such good care of us during our reception dinner. We had a section to ourselves which made the evening moreintimate and cozy. Everyone was so pleased with the food and we especially loved how our glasses were never empty!! ;) Animmense THANK YOU to the IOS family. We LOVED this place. It was an outing with my husband and parents so we didn?t mind spending a little extra. We enjoyed fresh... fish and two bottles of retsina. The food was fresh, great and portions were generous. It was also very authentic. I mean, whereelse can you get fish and a full plate of rapini with grilled veggies and tons of lemon? Listen, I have tried many Greek restaurants-especially in #hamilton BUT -BY FAR (hands down) this placetook it all the way home for me! The level of Customer Service, The quality of food and the QUANTITY! (The platter forfour-Family style) My mouth is watering just thinking of it. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE PORTIONS!!! ???????????? Tasty food & excellent portions!! I had ordered a catering package for 4 people even though I had 5 people to serve as I heard... the portion sizes were huge. IOS definitely did not disappoint!! I would say the 4 portions could easily serve around 8 people.Food was delicious. The chicken & pork souvlaki was spiced just right. The chicken was moist while the pork was a touch on thedry side. I was expecting the small potatoes instead of the huge chunks received but they were good. The rice was amazing. Myfavorite hands down were the dips though. They were SO CREAMY and flavourful. The saganaki and baklava were also yummy but Iwish the portion sizes for those were a bit larger. Overall definitely impressed. I will 100% be eating & ordering from hereagain. Read more
