Sherri. You either hate your job. Or should be off FOH. Yelling at me about using my reusable cup. After watching me pour it... from the store cup. Being sarcastic about this not being Wendy's when I asked for a junior. Sorry didn't have my glasses onperhaps the signage should be larger? All the while the FOH is a mess. Been here many times. The service is usually good and the staff were friendly. Because it's a small location the wait times can... be a little long and it's a little difficult to get around the parking lot and drive threw. Overall the food was really good. Read more
been coming to this location for a while and the food is always good, but the staff tonight seemed miserable, girl at the window... seemed like she could careless about her job witch us upsetting because she made the experience poor. anyways food was deliciousbut pretty small amount of onions rings with my order.. oh well. Yesterday, a friend and I had lunch at the Harvey's at: 550 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L8V 4S9 We had lunch around 1:30pm,... and sat in the far left corner booth talking quietly, in a mostly empty restaurant, until about 5pm. We were just about to goup and order dinner when an employee told us to leave because we had stayed too long. I've never been kicked out of any placein my life until yesterday and we don't feel comfortable returning. Read more
I like Harveys, as far as fast food goes...this location is usually not too busy and they are quick to serve you, unlike some... places where you wait 10 mins before anyone notices you. Anyway, food is decent and its nice to be able to choose whats on yourburger. I like the milkshakes which are only about $3.50 and also they keep the place very clean, washrooms included. Read more
I used the drive thru which can be slow. However, their hamburgers are great! You can choose what you want on your burgers and I... find the fries, which are my go to, were nice and crispy. Also, the fry container was full, my meal still warm by the time I gothome since the burgers and fries seem to be cook when ordered. They always offer condiments/ utensils and put paper napkins inthe bag. The drink straw is also a firm paper rather than plastic. Read more
