Honestly so friggin good! After three days in the hospital we were looking for something fresh and tasty. My wife sent me here... as it?s a short walk from the Hospital and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! Great ?Roman? style pizza and extremelyfriendly staff. Passing through Hamilton and came across this spot located in a very nice old building. First time here and I am impressed.... Really, I think it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a very long time. This is not your run of the mill pizza parlor. Thecrust was perfect and the toppings were wonderful. A very cosy place with really good quality pizza. I also had a wonderful chat with the people working there. Their pizza's not... heavy and oily, but rather light and fluffy which I love. And the flavours are amazing, even with something simple like theirmargarita pizza. 10/10 would visit again. Even if the price is a bit high I'd say it's worth it for the quality of the pizza andingredients they use. Read more

I'd be concerned if itsmells like anything else though. Since food is cooked in the same room just behind the counter, the whole restaurant smellslike pizza. I find this quite appetizing; your mileage may vary. *Flavour*: ????? - Buttery and herbal. The spongy dough letsenough air through, so that flavours from each ingredient can come together to form a diverse profile. *Texture*: ????? - Thebottom is crusty, the dough is soft, the sauce is mellow, and the cheese is tender; this single slice of pizza offers as muchvariety as a well-prepared dinner. I got the Capriciosa slice and it is easily one of the best pizzas in Hamilton. The owner was so kind and friendly. Very... passionate about what he makes and it shows in the food. Highly recommended!! Will be coming back for sure Read more

A great addition to the food scene in our neighborhood! I love the crust ? great flavour and texture, and easier on my belly... than typical ?pizza shop? crust. I think it?s because of their ingredients and the long, slow fermentation of their dough. Thebroccoli and tomato is the first vegetarian pizza that has ever knocked my socks off. I was surprised when I saw the 5/5 rating, but the price, cleaniness, friendly owner, and everything was great. There was... absolutely nothing I would be dissatisfied with. And the pizza were easily the best ones I've had in Ontario! Definitely wortha visit even if you're just passing by. Read more
