Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay away from this restaurant. Especially the lady with blonde hair and fake eyebrows in... the picture, she needs some basic customer service skills. How can you even hire and retain such clueless and unprofessionalemployees . I called in for a pick up and was a given a timeframe for the order to be ready for pick up. Once I am at therestaurant I was informed the order wasn't ready and I had to wait for another 30 min or so? Guess the reason for the delay.They were super busy. Second edit** Seriously, new management does NOT understand customer service. I work in food service and you guys do NOT... understand how to keep customers happy and returning. It's far more cost effective to keep customers than it is to find newones. Quality has gone down also. They don't even understand what well done mean. The lack of follow up to this review helps my decision about where to order pizza fromnow on much, much easier. Hint, it wont be Firestone. So Firestone has been a favourite of mine for years. I just calledbecause my wife and I wanted some pepperoni slices as we're on our way to a movie at Jackson Square. I was told they had oneleft. It's dinner time and you have one slice of pizza for pickup left, period. That makes absolutely no sense, but fairenough. I asked if they had more coming out and was told that because it was rush hour, that they had to focus on those orders.Now don't get me wrong, I understand that rush hour is busy, but if a customer takes the time to call ahead and ask for someslices that should already be available, you make some slices! If you legitimately CAN'T make a pie for slices, for WHATEVERreason, then you try to make it right by offering a solution that works for both parties, business and customer. You don't justshrug them off because their order isn't as important as someone else's. I get it, first world problems, but come on,seriously? We got the chicken shawarma dinner and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was okay. The crust was tasty and the sauce was nice. But... nothing special to make it stand out. The chicken itself was lovely! Spiced perfectly, no gristle or fat, small pieces. Verygood! The rice wasn't greasy and was aromatic and tasty. Our pitas were warm and delicious. It doesn't look like alot, but for$10, it's not a bad deal. If I could feedback anything. I hated the curried onions. Personal opinion though, I'm just not usedto them being cooked. I also asked for hot sauce and white sauce, and paid extra for more white sauce. But neither of my mealscame with the sauces. Just the extra on the side. Ordered shawarma salad and shawarma poutine for delivery. Salad was pretty basic, not a whole lot going on with it. The poutine... was better. There are better options in the city for both of these dishes. Additionally, the chicken shawarma tasted more like agaram masala spice mix than a shawarma spice mix.
