We came on a very busy Saturday night and there was 8 of us, with 3 children and 1 teenager. Our server, Jamie I think, was... amazing. We were kind of demanding with drink refills and what not but she was super quick and insightful. She was patient andgave great service. Our order came perfectly and in a short amount of time. Went to E S M tonight and we had the best waitress ever. We've been to this location dozens of times but this time Meghan M was... truly a delight to have serve us. Bubbly and Friendly with the best smile ever. Constantly asking if we needed anything but atthe same time giving us space to enjoy a friends special birthday dinner. I don?t usually review restaurants, but I really wanted to give a shout out to our server Maria at East Side Upper James. She... went above and beyond, kept drinks topped up, made sure we always had everything we needed and was so attentive and nice. I enjoy coming to this location - Ive never had more then mozzarella sticks and a stiff drink but the service is stellar.... Whenever the boys and I do it up its a great starting point - just good energy, comfortable. I promise we will start trying more????! Read more
I went to this East Side Mario?s location with my mom when we were in the area. We love going to East Side?s ever since I was a... kid. This was one of the best locations that we have been to! Our server Maria was so kind and welcoming. She recommended theItalian sodas which I never had before and they were absolutely amazing! I had ordered hells kitchen pizza, and it is supposed to be spicy, but was bland. Also, the pizza did not have any toppings on... the sides. Avoid going to this location. Read more
My family and I dined at the upper James location last night. Service was amazing!! From the hostess, to the server and food... was amazing! General manager was going around to all the tables and doing checks on service, making sure everyone was happy. This is a gesture of the past at many restaurants these days, it was very refreshing to see! Calamari was hands down the bestcalamari we?ve had in a long while. Extremely tender and perfectly cooked!
