We went to East Side Mario’s on Queenston for my husbands birthday Sunday evening. The place was busy as usual, but we were... seated quickly. Always a pleasant experience. The wait staff is very friendly and professional. Before ordering a fresh warm bread loaf is... delivered to your table. All you can eat salad is part of most entree dishes and this is rare to find any more. The maincourses were tasty and delivered hot. The timing between the finish of our salad and the delivery of the main course wasperfect. Shalena our server was friendly and ensured that we had what we needed offering to refill drinks, bring more bread orsalad and following up on the quality of the meal. Read more
First time going to a East Side Mario's and I can honestly say I was not disappointed! Our waitress Liana is what made this... experience everything and more. Liana's amazing customer service could not go unnoticed and unrecognized, it has been a whilesince I have experienced such above and beyond service. 10/10 for service, she was tentative, friendly overall she has anamazing personality! They are truly lucky to have her apart of their team. NOW the food: The Mascarpone cheesecake was verysmooth and not overly rich, the chicken parmesan was tender and flavourful. Read more

Our family enjoyed a delicious dinner at East Side Mario's last evening and were served by the most kind and gracious server! ... Sarah is her name and Sarah made our experience so much more enjoyable. Sarah was very knowledgeable with the menu items andwas very interactive with our family. Not only was our food amazing, our server Preston was FANTASTIC. Such a spectacular person and honestly had a great time... chatting with him while taking our order.
