Didn’t see any Falafel burger reviews here, so I thought I would try it out. It was very BLAND! I had to ask for sald and... pepper repeatedly. Honestly it tasted like absolutely NOTHING. Really good food, and service. Food came out quick, the jalapeño margarita was really tasty and refreshing with a perfect... amount of jalapeno taste. The avocado chicken sandwich was extremely tasty, will definitely be back and will bring some friendsas well. Read more

I came here recently for a graduation celebration. Right away everything from booking a table online to service at the... restaurant went flawlessly. I wanted to bring in a cake so I emailed the restaurant supervisor ahead of time about this and shewas quick to respond to my inquiry. Our server, Carolina, was so friendly and professional during our time there. She wasamazing in helping me organize when to get the cake out and even placed it on a really nice wooden cake stand when she broughtit out. The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant were also great. Pizza and mac and cheese were just the right amount ofcheesiness and the fries were delicious as well. It all started with a beautiful summer evening, sun setting and a warm breeze. ???? After a walk down James st trying to pick... the right place for dinner my cousin and I came upon Bread Bar. I'd been before and it's always been great, this was my cousin1st time. Julianna was our delightful server. We both being extremely indecisive people appreciated her help. She asked us ofour likes and dislikes, she enlighten us to many menu items she felt were a hit and would match our palates. She was engagingthe entire night and had a great sense of humor. We had the best of both worlds as the neighboring table was another employeewho was enjoying a night out with a friend. I believe it says alot when the staff want to eat there off work hours. Also theseladies were so sweet and a good laugh! Needless to say the food was amazing, beautiful presentation and just what we werelooking for. I highly recommend the Umami Burger, so much flavour and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients! AsJuliana recommended we went with the loaded fries, tonight's creation was garlicy and spicy. Our experience at Bread Bar was so wonderful! We were greeted warmly when we entered and seated promptly. Our server Jon was... knowledgeable and created an outstanding dining experience for us! The pizzas were great value and we even got to choose 2 pizzatypes to split on 1 pizza (18 inch pizzas only). Kind of a fun and delightful thing that we didn’t expect! The food wascreative and tasted delicious. With Jon’s exceptional service, and the farm to table experience, we hope to return. The place is very chic with great aesthetics. They have a decent number of options on their menu but the food is good. Tried... their salad and it was alright; I missed some dressing on it but the pizzas tasted great. Would recommend if you are looking forhealthier options for food! Read more
