Never enough topping. It doesn't matter which sundae, there is never enough topping. The topping should go all around, not a... tablespoon worth on one side. The last time I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait here, the fudge never covered the peanuts on anyof the layers. When I got to the bottom, it was a dot of fudge in a corner of the cup and 2 spoons of peanuts. Basically thisparfait was ice cream and peanuts. My last Pecan Mudslide here was pretty much all fudge and a drizzle of caramel. I should notneed to add sauce to my sundae when I get home which is often the case. I am a regular Dairy Queen goer. I live 6 minutes carride away from this location but I go to a location 17 minutes from home. I've given this location too many chances and there isno improvement, just unnecessary attitude when I ask for topping on my not so cheap Sundae. I have a bit of a soft serveaddiction so DQ sees me at least 3 days a week for a sundae and 2 times a month for meals for 3. I have been going to thislocation since the 80's and the service has always been up and down but the last 6 months has been the worst. I once cancelled 3meals and went else where because my grandsons wanted sundaes with their meals and not cones. One grandson has disabilities andholding a cone is difficult. I asked to substitute the cones in the kids meals by putting it in a cup and I would pay extra forthe topping. The cashier refused and when I asked for the supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. 2 weeks ago, I was closeto this DQ and I decided to give it another try. I ordered a Pecan Mudslide at the drive thru. Once again, it was mostly fudgeand this time, I could almost count the number of pecans and the price went up. *Updating my review as they now have interesting blizzard flavours. Only issue is the cinnamon bun has been sold out twice I... went to get it but that's better than having flavours that don't sell. Dairy Queen ice cream is good there is no arguing that.I started going elsewhere to get my ice-cream due to the lack of creativity and I am not the only one that feels this way. Theirblizzard flavors have become boring and not exciting at all. Mostly same stuff chocolate bars and stuff with peanut butter. Wentto a local ice-cream place now with 20+ flavours won't be bored for a while maybe would come back if they got somethinginteresting. Read more

Went to this location 2.5 weeks ago and ordered an large Oreo blizzard and I have to say who doesn't like Oreos. I have been... ordering Oreo blizzards for a long time and know that the Oreo is to be blended throughout the ice-cream. This is now the secondtime going to this location and having found very large Oreo pieces as if they are filling it with more cookie and lessice-cream. It's very similar when going to some fast food places and you order a large drink and they fill the cup full of iceand you get little juice. Having BIG pieces of Oreos so they could put in less ice-cream isn't cool as the Oreos are suppose tobe crushed. Read more

My two recent visits have both been kinda bad. Visit one was last month, I came for the flamethrower burger and fries combo.... Somehow my food was ready 1 min after ordering which means it wasn't made fresh and eating the food proved that. Fries weresuper hard and barely warm and the burger was also barely warm and dry. Second visit (Aug 13) I wanted a Misty Slush I was toldthey can't make it. My partner wanted an Orange Julius he was told they couldn't make that either? No explanations just can'tmake them??? I suggest you take these items off the menu then or put a 'sold out" on them. Then I ask for a Cherry Cheesecakeblizzard and I'm told it will be an upcharge because it's not a real flavour on the menu? I've been getting Cherry CheesecakeBlizzard's for at least 20yrs from all over Ontario and no one has ever upcharged for it!? I'll just stick with a differentlocation from now on. Read more

I ordered a combo 10 I believe just shortly after they opened. I had to wait as the Patty's had to be made but it was fantastic.... Good tasting triple burger with a much better of portion of fries then I received last time I visited. Would definitely orderagain. Read more

Awesome service just very comical. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they asked me for the toppings wanted. I stated mustard... onions and pickles. Good thing I double checked and she stated okay, so do you want cheese? I was shook that she even saidthat if I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers!???????? in all always loved the DQ food as it is always very filling and fresh.
