They recently hosted a wedding for one of their loyals... I was asked to do the decor and coordination of the event...with only... 3 weeks notice... No pressure ???? The owner Jim made the experience so seamless... I made some strange requests.. Fromavailability before hours to lighting issues on the day-of... Jim was always super accommodating and helpful... Just a joy towork with... We transformed a pub into a Chapel on the main floor and a reception hall on the Upper level... . The staffers werealso wonderful. Its obvious they enjoy where they work. Plug for Corktown as a super venue for any event... They even have a 02stages for live performances... Bravo to Jim and his team for an overall grand experience... Cheers.. Read more
I've had two experiences here - one afternoon beer after an art show downtown and once to see some local bands (Feral Minks was... amazing!). Both times the staff were incredible -- very kind and friendly. Great vibes for dancing or just hanging out. Thanksfor a good time!! Will be back :) Read more
The service was nice and friendly. The music was fun. The atmosphere was as you'd expect, which was good. The fish was mostly... batter, but the Irish stew was the best I've ever had. Would come back for that alone. Read more
The staff were cruel. The owner was amazing. I literally tried to stand up for another patron who didn't get served and young... servers were just plain mean . They cut me off because I pointed out that a person who just walked in the door and didn't waitlong got served first, and the man who had been waiting a long time did not. This place used to be great . I guess Covid timeschange everything. Read more
