Really disappointed ????, I ordered the 45 pieces sushi tray, wayted at the front, they have a dreadful store front, a 2x4... wooden frame, paited in blue and pexi glass, with all the menu presented there in small stikers spreaded all over this pexiglass, they have cheap brand tv menu monitors but they all turned off, you have the felling that is all about cheap, and save,turns out is really pricey (62.15$ for 45 miniature pieces) And by far the worst sushi presentation l ever seen. Our traylooked liked it was done by 10 year old, no finesse whatsoever, the sushi rools were the smallest ever, like miniaturized, thecut was not consistent 4 diferent thickness on the same roll, My first and last time ever eating from there, the only good thingabout Charlie chopsticks are the chopsticks alone.... Never ordering from here again! The food quality was really poor. I ordered it from Door Dash cause it was in the top places to... order from, not sure why!? The spring rolls were not crispy and so tiny, plus no sauce included to dip, I had shrimp tempura andno tempura sauce and it was horrible batter on it! The rice bowl had no flavour or sauce, I had to add my own soy sauce into it.Just extremely disappointed in my meal and wish I never wasted my money on this. Disgrace to Asian food and I?m Asian. I ordered Charlie?s Chopsticks for the first time in almost a year. Two combos were ordered, one vegan and one containing fish,... both were placed in an over sized pizza box. The box was in a paper bag, on its side, with the two rolls combined and toppled.Once we looked closer at the rolls, they weren?t even our order. One was vegan, but had completely different ingredients thanordered, as well as the fish roll, with missing dips. When we called Charlie?s Chopsticks to inquire about the order, as we hadalso contacted SkipTheDishes but knew this could have been a packaging issue rather than delivery- even if we wound up takingsomeone else?s order, we knew they may want to resolve this right away. The customer service was absolutely terrible, both thelanguage used and care for food quality was disappointing. I have never had this bad of an experience with them and was shocked,to say the least. I previously gave this restaurant 5 stars. I unfortunately have to amend my rating. Came here to grab two rolls. I asked for roe... and got sesame seeds. Then while eating it I found that the taste was very off. Looks like they served me rotten avocado. Iwon't be back here again. Such a shame. I used to love it here. Read more

Our first time here. Was super excited to try it (we love pokes), but unfortunately the cashier (Caucasian guy) spoiled it for... us. 1 star for service, but 5 stars for amazing slush with amazing tapioca. Got the mango passion fruit. Shame that it took over20 minutes just to get one drink. I would assume you would serve each customer from taking their order to serving them, start tofinish. Unfortunately, after taking our order, he took at least another 6-7 orders, and when I asked him at the 15 min mark ifit?s ready, he said he didn?t get the chance to do it yet. Have yet to feel disappointed with a meal . Also my wife loves the mango smoothie bubble tea that they have. Very good in and... out wait times for the amount of coustomers it's definitely worth checking out if you have not already. Read more

I was looking for a bubble tea place after 11pm and was pleasantly surprised to find this place tucked away in one of the many... small plazas on Upper James. The staff answered my questions about modifications to drinks, the service was speedy and my orderwas accurate. I'll definitely be visiting here again. Read more
