Couple of us went for dinner there and the first impression was that the restaurant looked very clean and trendy. Started off... with the Kale caesar salad, tasted amazing. It pains me to write this review, as anyone who is gluten intolerant can attest to how difficult it is to find a good pizza.... Both Caro locations used to have the best gluten free pizza crust in town (hands down!) They seemingly changed their recipe asthe once chewy “normal” crust has turned to a brittle pasty cracker. Last night we picked up a pizza with a ‘new crust’recipe and it was brittle and burnt. Having been an avid customer, we called the restaurant to share our experience and ask ifanything had changed on their end- they assured nothing was different, noting the experience has a “one off” and (admirably)offered to replace the gluten free pizza…. great! Worth a try! We then drove back out to pick up a replacement pizza, andreturned home to find the GF pizza dough was the same flat paste as the last pizza, however this time it was raw and completelyinedible. I absolutely loved the brunch here, the staff was super accommodating! The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect, cozy and... sophisticated at the same time! Our server was too adorable and very attentive! The food was drool-worthy and worth every bite!Definitely a good to brunch spot! Read more

I had very satisfying experience at Caro. Loved food, service and the atmosphere. Food was great except the pizza. The bottom... was too burnt and to me dough was salty. Tiramisu was one of the best I've ever tried. I would love to visit this place again totry everything in the menu. Read more
We came here on a Friday night with a reservation and were greeted politely. There was a small wait for the tables to clear.... That was the only minor inconvenience we had, and we were given drinks while we waited so it wasn’t that bad. The place wasbusy but service was still friendly and prompt. We ordered the polenta fries and Caro bread for appetizers. Both of them werepretty tasty. For entrees, we ordered two pasta dishes. The first was the Shrimp & Spaghetti, which tasted great but could havebeen a bit saucier. The other pasta we had was the Gnudi. This was by far the best tasting thing we ate at Caro. It was veryrich and creamy and the mushroom taste was not too overwhelming. I only wish the quantity was a bit more. I highly recommendordering the Gnudi pasta. Finally, we had raspberry gelato and tiramisu for dessert. The tiramisu was delicious and I wish wejust ordered two of those instead. Overall, we had a positive experience. Read more
Small place and short menu with great service and great food. Portions are decent size for the price and ingredients. Drinks are... good too. Had the tiramisu for dessert and was a bit sweeter than I wanted, but what can I say... There were no leftovers. Read more
First time here. We ordered polenta fries, calamari and three little pigs pizza. Overall, tasty food and friendly servers. The... reason for 4 stars is because we had had better and made-from-scratch calamari at other Italian restaurants. I would recommendthis restaurant. Read more
