Menu said free refills but they charged regardless. When asked why, management said that the menu is worded weirdly and its... actually "free refills to a certain point excluding quenchers" I only had one refill of the quencher. Here's the menu and therewas no fine print or weird wording. Update: Changing 1 star to 5 star because management was quick to respond to issue, gave anapology and said will implement better training for the staff. Update again: changing to 1 star for awful experience trying touse the coupon that they gave as an apology. It didn't work and the manager and waitress struggled to figure it out as theterminal wouldn't accept the coupon. Reason for 1 star is that the manager took off with my phone (did not ask for permission)as coupon was sent through email and I waited at least 10 minutes for them to enter the coupon. I had to get up from my seat tosee what was happening and I wanted my phone back. In the end I had no problem with how long it takes to process the coupon,just don't take off with other people's personal belongings without even asking first. What kind of service is that? Read more
The food was alright, huge portions. What was really great on this night was our server. She did a great job and at the end... asked how she did, could she improve anything since she was newer. One of the nicest servers I've had in a long time and we lether know she was doing awesome!! Read more
The service was absolutely terrible. Been coming here for years and won’t be returning after tonight. First we wanted the... patio and were put into the empty patio with a horrible waitress. Come got our drink orders and we said we needed a few minutesto look over the menu. That was at 10:27pm, she never came back until 11:11pm to even check up on us. Our pitcher was long doneby then and we wanted food and more drinks. But it was too late. Ignoring us completely for 44 minutes after I said we need 5minutes to look over, 10 minutes is okay. But 44 minutes ? I left no tip and won’t be back. Read more
Wow tried their Pasta tonight, and loved it! The hungry Carnivore dish was amazing and filling, served with garlic bread and... cheese. Also got the Boston Sized Burger and fries! So juicy and filling, the fries were crispy and golden! Gravy was good too!Definitely at the top of my list for another order in the new future! Read more
Went there tonight at 5:15 pm. Sat in the bar area to eat. There was a retirement party going on which was fine.... Waitresses/barstaff nowhere to be found. One server was clapping and dancing and sitting with some people. Thought she was aguest of the party when she got up and went behind the bar. Obviously staff. Two girls.. neither looked over at us or made anyattempt to ask what we wanted. Looked like the retirement party was wrapping up up as lots of dishes and glasses. No one stillcame over and girls didn't care. Just stood there. No I will not go to the other site and type this again. This is afranchise... fix it!!! Never be back! Read more
