The customer service at this location is nothing short of exceptional. I had came in this morning to get a smoothie and a wrap.... Unfortunately the store did not have my preferred wrap of choice. The staff accommodated me by offering me a free smoothie aswell as a complimentary wrap. Read more

I normally do not leave bad reviews. Ordered two Very Berry somothies. One for myself and one for my 3 year old daughter.... Employee by the name of Dhruv made drinks way to sweet! Too much sorbet and juice. The drink is normally dark purple fromblueberries. This drink was pink in colour, extremely sweet and liquidy. I returned to simply ask if they ran out of blueberriesor if they changed their receipe. Employee said no and couldn't even tell me what was in the drink. I worked at booster juiceyears ago when it first opened in Ancaster. this was not a very berry! I returned drinks as I could not drink them. Was notoffered a new drink or refund. I understand that they could be adding less fruit as cost cutting measure but just tell me thatreceipe changed! Don't try to convince me that you made a very berry. Horrible customer experience! The staff is super nice... here but for some reason they start packing/cleaning the juicer and not taking any fresh juice order an hour before closing.This happened with me 3-4 times.
