I love booster juice however unfortunately this location was a disappointment. I ordered a wrap, a wheatgrass dbl shot and a... smoothie. Order was correct and tasted good. The service was poor. After every thing I said he kept saying is that it ...thenwhen I received my order the gentleman merely put my wrap in the bag and did not wrap it..no napkin..I was not impressed. Againthey gave me the right stuff . But rushing and not wrapping my food is enough for me to give them a 1 star. Grabbed a regular mango hurricane today and was over charged, after I paid I asked why I was over charged as the total didn't... add up to the $7.69 posted price. The lady said it was for the small cup I asked for on the side (for my small child) which was50cents. Even after adding the 50cents to the $7.69 and adding tax, the amount I paid didn't add up. The employee name RISHI was providing worst customer service. I told him no yogurt and no ice so he didn?t filled whole glass he... told it will come less if he want he can add more fruits but he didn?t he was not at all supporting and he replied rudely. I amhaving my order since long but this time it taste difference because he added more sorbet and very less fruits. And even todayit was buy one get one free so they were working rufly. THIS ALL HAPPENS IN ABSENCE OF MANAGER OR OWNER. Rest all of thembooster juice they use to fill whole glass no matter what they listen to the customer and give best customers service. That guydidn?t even welcome me in the store properly.
