I?m usually satisfied with this Arby?s. But between 10-10:30am I dealt with one of the most rudest woman. She came over and... stood there, did not say a word. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. All she did was nod. Then I get my order,she throws my sandwich and Curly fries on the tray, I was still polite and said thank. No reply, she just walked away. If shedoesn?t want to work there, then quit and let someone that does. This woman should be nowhere near any place that deals with thepublic. Read more
I love Arby's horseradish sauce but that aside, my sandwich was good and it was hot.
At the at this Arby's in Limeridge mall and it was a terrible experience. The was only 2 visible workers at 5:30. (Presumabley... dinnertime) I had the new brisket sandwhich it was so horrible I only ate barley half. (I threw out the rest) I came with mydad and he ordered the brisket poutine which he also said was horrible. The two workers there had terrible unhappy completelybored faces (did not want to have customer) girl at the cash had pulled a chair up the the register which she lounged on whilewe put in out orders. I'm new to Arby's. Only three times. All at this location. First two times was great. Service was great. Meat was tasty and... fresh. The third time stunk. Meat was cold and tasted old. Maybe leftovers from Saturday. Service was bad. Counter personsevered everyone before getting my sandwich from the warmer. It sat there for at least 5 mins. She kept looking at it but dideverything else but get my sandwich. Made coffee, tea, take orders. I should have said something. Sadly, I will not be returningbut will find another location.
