We ordered a habanero chicken combo and a teen burger combo. What we ended up receiving through the drive-through was a teen... burger combo, an extra teen burger, a plant-based hamburger with french fries, an apple pie and sweet potato fries?? Theemployee handed me the bag through the window, another employee was heard saying ?No! the chicken habanero isn?t in there?. Theemployee took the bag back, checked over the order on the screen ,and handed the big back to me as if the chicken was in thebag??He knew the chicken habanero wasn?t in there and still continued to provide me with the food for someone else?s order??Friday 8:30 PM Nov 4. This A&W definitely has lazy employees.. retrain or hire employees who actually do a good job in customerservice?everything nowadays is expensive!? The sides of Smokey mayo were good! Ordered from here the other night for dinner. Haven't had A&W in forever, the quality never changes always delicious and... satisfying. I ordered the double Mozza Burger it was very good and I also got fries and gravy with it too. The fries where niceand crispy, the gravy was thick and tasty. Also grabbed a couple double Buddy Burgers, they were delicious as well. Overall themeal was very good quality, tasty, and affordable. I'd definitely recommend their establishment. Read more

Told to pull up to wait on fries ? Over 10 minutes waiting in the parking lot for my husband to go inside and you forgot my... order on the counter ? What? Are you guys joking? Excellent coffee, free refills inspite of COVID. Punjabi language services are good. Disgusting onion rings. Poor service, Order... paid but employee did not pass it to kitchen. I had to wait 25 minutes to address the issue. The employee at the cash registerwent on brake. Who cares. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service from the people who run this place. Don't ever go late at night you will get food that is... hard and been sitting around for a long while. They are super rude as well and know full well they are serving garbage food andstill do it..Has happened multiple times to me. Ive complained and they still do it..Don't ever go to this A & W on Upper Jamesit's the worst. Boycott this place. Corporate maybe needs a call ???? ???? Read more
Food was sub par even by fast food standards. Ceilings was dripping by the ac units with stains on the roof from moisture... damage. Various parts around the store damaged. Multiple wet floor signs everywhere. Bathroom was appalling. Front counter staffwas nice though :-) won't be back. Also the metal table outside almost flipped over when I sat down on it... Read more
