The food is good, and what you would expect from other locations in the franchise. The service was really slow. I waited 15... minutes for my food. I'm not sure if this is due to it being in the mall or perhaps trainees, but I was among 3 other sets ofcustomers who had long waits. I was a regular customer until recently. The staff are rude, have little to no customer service at all. Hardly care for customer... needs or wants. Since the previous owners sold, the new people working constantly mess up my order. The last 3 times I went, Ihad the worst stomach issues, and yes I had "discharge" if you'd like to call it that. No it wasn't vomit. If you buy a chickensandwich, they won't add lettuce or tomato and they will fight you on it if you ask for it. Apparently it's my job to ask. Ididn't expect the manager to yell at me. SIde dishes are always cold. Not warm or lukewarm. Cold. Cold old french fries and acold burger with a little piece of lettuce. And never any tomato. The last time I went, 2 customers came up while I waited formy meal, and complained the items they had bought were not given to them. It wasn't something minor like a side dish or ketchup,full on sandwiches. And all the manager did was blame them and say they're lying for free food.
