Changed my rating The woman working the window taking orders was absolutely the rudest she asked for my order and I asked if I... could have a minute to decide...she then proceeded to mock me and made me wait in return while she pretended to take anotherorder I was the only one in the drive through lol...turning to approach the window is tricky if you have a larger vehicle so Ihad to adjust the position of the truck she slams the window and proceeded to mock me once more at this point I've had enough ihadn't payed for my order and explained to her that her attitude towards her job me and her total lack of work ethic that I hadlost my appetite and then told her to have a great day and drove off....this place isn't in the best of neighborhoods I get thatand to be completely honest the quality of food at that location is dismal at best they literally don't care anymore aboutserving the customer and it shows the parking lot is always empty all but for a few miserable seagulls....owners and managementneed to sort out the staff this used to be a very popular spot kinda see why it isn't anymore. It's not open for takeout after 10:30pm and if you don't have car you can't get any service at window. The girl said they won't... accept walking customers at drive thru window even when there are no cars at all. They didn't even consider the fact that I ampregnant. You have to consider people who don't have car but are in need of food. Read more
Not bad. Food is almost always good, can?t really go wrong. They do have some staffing issues that need to be sorted out so... expect longer wait times than usual during peak hours. Burger Pattie?s sometimes on the raw side tho so beware. Read more
I was down the street at Hamilton General Hospital for a test, and was reminded by staff it was my birthday! So, as a treat, I... stopped at this A&W location for breakfast, and because of a remembrance to my late father who just enjoyed having an A&Wbreakfast with his coffee. I couldn't help over hear the counter staff worker, Devon, who had the most pleasant voice andimpeccable customer service skill set I have witnessed in a very long time, or ever, while she was dealing with drive throughcustomers, and also taking my order. It was a pleasant surprise that I did not expect to experience. So glad I stopped by. And,oh, yeah, you can't beat the fresh made breakfast for it's price point! Read more
2021 New hot chicken sandwich not as tasty as advertised. Hot and I ended up not eating bun, pickles as the bun was too drenched... with hot sauce. Overpriced for $9.03 and all you get are 3 pickles, thin fried chicken which was mostly breading, bun, sauce.NOT RECOMMENDED and NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. I would buy just the regular chicken sandwich which is tastier, inexpensive and hasmayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions than this Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The name is fancy but the overall taste, presentationnot appetizing and not delicious. You mainly charged extra for the fancy name, fancy sauce (not good btw) and extra chickenbreading. Disappointed with this new product. Your usual burgers are great tasting than these new burgers you come up. I wasalso disappointed with the other burgers like the Gouda and Havarti burgers. Would have been better If this was a crispy chickenburger (less breading) with garlic aioli sauce with lettuce, tomato,onions. 2022 Chicken strip and fries I was served stalefries and 3pc chicken strips. review date: april 20, 2022 customer service dates: 3x since sept 2021-april 18/22 photos: april 18, 2022 the a&w restaurant,... located at barton and ferguson, is a 24-hr, 7-days a week facility serving a variety of fast food options. i have drasticallycut back in burgers and fast food due to a need for myself to eat healthier. on occasion, i do come here to catch some latenight munchies. the night shift girl, to her credit, was polite and patient with my questions, and making sure she was bestable to accommodate my topping requests. i ordered 1 medium onion rings, 1 chicken habajenaro burger and 2 papa burgers.all-in, came out to $33.11. the food was tasty, the order done correct. once in a blue moon, a night of burger food isn't toobad. bottom line: a&w's best redeeming quality in the barton-wellington area, is that it's open 24-7. their burgers are tasty,but i have my own rotation of healthier, more cost effective food alternatives. Excellent food, excellent presentation, and service with a smile. They followed the custom order perfectly. Not only is the beef... grass fed and organic, everything they serve at A&W is healthy. All eggs are also organic eggs. I highly recommend this as myfavourite fast food chain. Read more
Great that you're minimal plastic, but most people want ketchup with their fries. You should at least ask. Even when I mention... it in my order, there's ketchup in the bag about half the time. Read more
