I show up at 10:15 for my food had to wait hour for a sub ridiculous
Garnish/toppings pans are kept so cold they are frosty. Fresh, crisp lettuce. Great service. Clean front of house and prep area.
(2308 Dixie hwy. location) Worst ever. Horrible service. Uncaring mgt. I paid for a $40-ish order through the app. Showed up... when the food was supposed to be ready. This place was good and now they are absolutely unorganized! If I could give 0 stars or -5 stars I would!!! I have had many... problems with my online order the past few times I have ordered on 2 separate occasions my order was not ready when it wassupposed to be but I overlooked that! Then another time they made my subs with the wrong bread! This stuff has been going on forpast month or so!! 2 female employees looked right at us and sighed as we walked thru the front door, Not even a Hello and than seem irritated when... we ordered 4 subs and of course they were out of breads again. Employee seemed over worked and stressed. Sometimes managementneeds to step in and help when the stores are short staffed so the few Employees you still have don't quit from stress. The actual building and environment is well maintained. Ordering from the app to the location is variable based the employees... at location. About half the time the special instructions for the sandwich are not noticed so CHECK your order! My orders arefixed but pay attention if you want order variances. Read more
