DO NOT GO HERE they have the rudest employees imaginable and will make your food sloppy it is a complete waste of money.
This location has the rudest employees. My mom who is a disabled veteran and my son went to her lunch for they didn?t even... acknowledge them. Which this isn?t the first time they elect not to acknowledge paying customers. Fixing sandwiches sloppy andslamming sandwiches down. I?m assuming this guy maybe the owner or a manager. Idk. The young lady Natalie who came from the backwas the only decent employee with some customer service skills. I?m not sure why they?re open or in the service industry ifthere?s an Aussie providing good service to customers. This is my last time patronizing this business. 3 hours ago Visited today. As I was walking in the front door. I was very surprised by the amount of hand prints and smudges on... the door. It was a little past 10:30am so how possibly could it be in that condition when they had only been open for a littlewhile? I thought to myself I hope the inside was cleaner than the front door. I proceeded to the counter. Nothing caught myattention thus far. A young lady took my order and a gentleman cashed me out. I decided to dine in. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! Therewas only one gentleman and myself dining in. He sat at the booth closest to the front window and after I found a clean booth, Iproceeded to sit in the booth behind him. AGAIN, how are all the tables dirty when this place just opened? I started to eat mysandwich, halfway through eating I notice a bug crawling along the wall toward me. I watched it in hopes it would stop or takeanother direction. Nope, came right to my booth and fell down across from me. I calmly picked up my food and moved to a centertable in the restaurant. I went back to the booth to retrieve my keys. At this time, the only other person in this establishmentwas in direct path of another bug that caught my eye. IT WAS A ROACH!! I kindly told the gentleman, "sir, there is a roachheading your way" I pointed it out to him. He picked up his food and moved to the opposite wall in the restaurant sitting inanother booth. We both finished up our sandwiches. He stood up, looked at me and said, here's another one. For goodness sake yetanother roach. So within the 10 minutes inside, we both saw 3. We spoke to the manager and his reply was, the bug guys comesonce a month, I will let him know. Im not sure what response I was looking to hear at that point. These guys always make my sandwiches right they taste delicious always fresh and they're very friendly
12 inch roast beef with 3 pieces of meat and when I asked can you add a little more for a 12 inch she slapped on one more piece.... Asked for cucumbers got 4 again for a 12 inch. Sad! Read more
Do not waste your money! Almost $10 for microwaved chewy chicken with lettuce, tomato and ranch on a wrap? Are you kidding me?... Eat fresh with microwaved chicken? Yeah ok. I can eat at la cazuela, Chili's and get chicken fajitas that are cooked fresh on agrill with sides and a tip cheaper then a sandwich and a 50 cent bag of chips from here! One star because newer lady was nicebut she didn't know everything and the lady manager took over and wasn't the nicest. Also lady manager was talking to anotherlady by pop machine the entire time and acted like I was bothering them to get lunch. Then she stood in front of drink machineand just wouldn't move just looked at me as her and manager continue their conversation. Extremely poor service will not beback! The workers here are rude and act like it is an annoyance for them to do their job. They take forever to come out of the back... and then they come out and treat you like garbage. Awful. Read more
Not impressed. I placed a pickup order and the sandwich had mayo on it (which I did not request, and kind of ruined the... sandwich) and the root beer was practically club soda. When I called to notify them that the root beer syrup needed replaced; nomatter how I worded it, they couldn?t figure out what I was telling them. I would have asked for a refund but they probablywouldn?t have understood that either. Read more
