This place has really gone downhill. We came through about 7 (drive thru) and we were told they were out of chicken except for... popcorn chicken, out of ice, and what food we were able to get ended up being cold and made wrong. Read more
zero out of three orders were correct which I didn't discover until reaching the house. I tried the phone them and no one... answered. I drive up there. can't go inside because only the drive-thru is open. there's literally only been one car ahead of meeach time I asked to speak to the manager. tell him what I ordered. show him the pictures of what I ordered. he gives me a box.I drive off and I stop before you even get out of the parking lot. and I'll be damned if it wasn't incorrect again. seriouslyguys avoid this place at all costs. Ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken a half inch of grease was inside. Chicken was cold and dripping with grease. This order was... not eatable and was thrown away would not recommend to anyone to go here. Read more
Enjoyed since then too. Don't always post but always like taste if original whichbis my favorite. And the sides too but the... chicken. Oh yes. Thankful the employees do a good job too. And are actually working nowadays. Read more
I love this particular KFC as I have ate lunch here alot over the years. Today's service was awful. I felt very unwelcomed.... Waiting a while with no line and the what I think was manager told me with a very rude manor that I wasn't aloud to eat in thedining room. Once my food was ready I watched her slam my fries into the bag and rushed it to the counter as if they wanted meto leave asap. Read more
The last 2 times I have gone through the drive through. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. And each time they have not... had any chicken sandwiches. How can they not have chicken sandwiches? Who does the ordering for this restaurant, or is itan automatic reordering? They need help! Read more
I went there tonight around 5:45 ordered a 12 piece meal, the chicken was dried out like it had sat under the lights for hours,... cold and dry. The macaroni and cheese had big luks in it cause it was old as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. My food wasmessed up a month ago and I didn?t say anything but after spending 40 tonight I think I?m done with them for awhile. This place has went down hill dramatically. Totally disgusting. On top the customer service and not being open and or out... product. The blond in drive I believe is new and does try though. I'll give them that. Read more
