I ordered a beach club (the only meat that comes on it is turkey). I get home and there?s no turkey on it lol so I call back and... ask to speak to the manager, the guy who answered told me he was the manager . I let him know what was going on so he said if Iwas close to come back and they would remake it . I said I?m not close so he said we can offer you a refund if you?d like andhave the sandwich remade so I said ok. I drive back and the guy at the window stated he was the manager and that was his driverthat I talked to so he can either give me a refund or make my sandwich but he can?t give me both??!!!! Well the location in West Chester has a closed drive thru and because of that situation have been going to the Hamilton... location. So the last couple of nights I had the honor of meeting the man who was there last night on the 8th of November at8:31 pm. I'd give zero stars if I could. Store is literally a minute or two away from my house and my small order took almost an hour to... get delivered. $10 sandwich only has ONE slice of meat.... Wasn't even correctly made. Missing onions and bleu cheesecrumbles! Soda is watered down. Super weak. No response from customer service to make anything right. Won't be ordering again. Read more
Food seems to always be a little off. I?ve never seen a Jimmy Johns take so long. I worked for Jimmy Johns at a different... location and would have sandwiches ready before the customer paid. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through andit takes 45 + to get it delivered. Way too long. Read more
Food is always great! Delivery drivers are always friendly! I have been using this location since it opened and a few years ago,... I wouldn't have hesitated to give a 5/5 stars. Lately though, the "freaky fast" motto hasn't been happening. They used to havemy food to me within minutes (I live really close) but now I'm lucky if they get to me in 30 mins. I always get the Vito sandwich and love it! The bread is so good and the sandwich always tastes fresh. The jalapeño jimmy chips... are good too. Top it off with the chocolate chunk cookie. Delivery was fast and even if it wasn?t-i wouldn?t care. It?s worthwaiting for. Read more
So I have been ordering again, food is good as always. Fast delivery as always, now when they answer the phone you feel like a... customer not a number or something they had to do. Look I get it these places under pay and over work but we still have to do itas professionally as we can. If you dig ditches make it the best damn ditch you ever dug. So I give five stars, not because itchanged my life but because I really felt I got my monies worth. Even the drivers have been nice, and make you feel they cared.Its a huge improvement, now the service matches the good food. Read more
