Well key is by far one of the best customer service representatives in the drive thru there can be! She is so sweet and such a... people person! Came at 1045 and no food on breakfast bar. Waited 20 minutes to see if bar would be refreshed and all that was brought out was... potatoes and eggs. I opted to not eat but my my child did. Restaurant smelled like sewage and mildew. Table was sticky and moldon walls. Sadly all frishes in Hamilton are getting pretty inconsistent and all understaffed. Read more

It is super slow here. Anytime I come through the drive thru I always have to wait at the speaker forever for them to take my... order. Then sit another 10-15 mins just to recieve the food. Wouldn't be bad if the wait was that long for inside but no reasondrive thru should run so slow. I've also had employees walk off with my card! That's a big no no! Read more
I stepped to dine in this location a month ago with my 2 kids (2 and 3 years old ). Even though i pass by this location every... day I never stopped in because it often looks deserted and unwelcoming. My kids and I went in it was so clean the breakfast barwas stocked well lit comfortable environment. It was not busy but there were two ladies that helped wait on is. They wereAMAZING. Patient with my children so sweet i really had a wonderful dinning experience and honestly could not understand whymore people did not come here. I told my mother about it and said we need to stop in this Frisch's more often it was great.Well...this morning i had a craving for pancakes so I stoped in again by myself. Came in the door and waited a bit before anyonecame to seat me. The waitress that was on duty was one of the waitresses from my last visit. I asked her if i could please sitby the window and the smirk and laugh followed by an "I guess" made me wish i dod not ask at all. She seated me and said"Drink?" I asked if i could please have a coffe and a water. She let me know they were out of cream. I said thays ok i useregular milk anyway thanks. I ordered egg whites bacon and 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup (i have to have it sugar free) shecame back maybe 10 min later and said they were put of sugar free syrup. I apologized and said i wont be able to eat butni willhave mu coffee and still leave her the same tip ammount for meal. She seemed annoyed. I waited and waited for a coffee refilwhile i sat and worked. Never stopped back by to check on me. I felt very uncomfortable so i laid $1 on the table and went tothe front to pay. A manager asked how she could help me and i asked to pay for the coffee i hadnplease. The waitess comes outlets the manager know she needed to split my meal off. Did not say a wprd to me and went to the back. The manager told me not toworry about the coffee. The whole experience was not good and unwelcoming. I will not be back. Read more
Took my grandsons out for breakfast on 8/15/22. Pulled in lot and noticed there were only 2 cars. It was 8:10 am. There was a... sign on door that said ?no eggs mgmnt?. So I thought well that puts a damper on breakfast, but the boys wanted pancakes sothought we were good. Went in and saw they had meat and pancakes as an option? good so far. Then we waited and waited andwaited. Meanwhile a 4 yr old is making all kinds of noises. No one ever came out from the back. Literally like 7 minutes. I never want to eat frischs again. Got the Nathan's cheesesteak. Omg it was bad. Dry, tasteless, maybe 1 tsp of cheese on it.... How do you mess up a cheesesteak?? I ate less than half of it. It was so bad my husband took a bite and said nope. Verydisappointed and won't be back. Read more
