When you ask for specifics it's like you have to argue to get what you want other times the employees give you too much. Example... if you ask for extra mayo it's either slathered/soaked or dabs/dry. I?ve debated on reviewing this restaurant but this time they have screwed up for the last time. I went to get a sub for my... husband for when he gets off work and they were closed. Why are they closed two hours before they are supposed to be closed? Itcould be overlooked if this were the first time this happened. But this is probably the fifth time this has happened to me. We more times than not always have an issue at this location. The most recent occurred yesterday when a mobile order was placed.... Upon arriving, we drove through the drive-thru twice with no acknowledgement by staff. The light was on and no cone was blockingthe drive-thru, as is usually the case when it is closed. After no response, we ended up going inside to which an employee askedif we had a mobile order. We responded that we did and went through the drive-thru to pick it up to which she responded, "it'snot working". We received the order and went out to vehicle to check everything and noticed we didn't receive chips. Weattempted to go back in to get the rest of order but they locked door as soon as we left, which was not closing time yet.
