I miss the old Tim Hortons. Consistency was always there, employees were great. New management has ruined it. Ask for 1 cream 1... sugar and you get surprised, never know what you will get. My morning runs have stopped because I'm done spending money forsomething I don't ask for. Plus, no more doggie timbits and charging for water. Make your coffee at home. Read more
I try to only go to this Tim Hortons. I am someone with allergies and that comes with many worries so I always ask them not to... stir my coffee and serve my Splenda on the side. Not only do they do it right but they don?t make me feel annoying. They havealways treated me with so much kindness and even draw smiley faces and stars on my coffee! The night supervisor was extremely rude to me last night. I was looking to get a wrap and understand the panini machine might... have been off but after telling me that he made no suggestions on what he could make at the time. When I asked if sandwicheswere available I got a one word answer of "ham". Never mentioned turkey, until I asked him about it and got a "I don't havebacon" response. No problem in my eyes since I didnt ask about bacon. The guy then proceeded to charge me for a turkey baconclub. Never asked if I wanted to make it a meal or just the sandwich.
