Sandwich was fine.. but I was charged for a pro.. just ordered a foot long and I had to ask for bacon cause he forgot lol. The... real reason I'm kind of annoyed is the person wasn't even in a uniform, looked like he worked for cabellas and also didn't havea mask on. Feel like all of these are kind of common sense things. Oh well. It's a chain inside of a Walmart. What can you do. Read more

Ordered online and they messed up order & when I called she tried to tell me they didn?t mess it up. Even though both subs were... making toppings and she said that well she said she out the cheese and peppers on it. She actually didn?t though because i Haveit right in front of me. Then she goes we don?t charge for those items so there?s nothing I can do like if you want you canbring them back and I?ll add cheese and the peppers. Like how about a refund or admit you messed up. The manager was extremely rude to the point of borderline aggressive. Never again. She has no clue of how to take care of... clients and this is a simple sandwich shop, it?s embarrassing. very rude, and didn?t give us our actual change and just gave me and my brother a 5$ bill and disregarded our 12 cents we were... supposed to get and ran to the back room immediately. the food tasted very old and the workers barely put any toppings on thesubs. i know this doesn?t seem like a major thing and i look like your stereotypical ?karen? when writing this review but youcannot just walk away from someone after not handing them the correct change and walking away without even handing you the food. Skimpy on the meat . just threw the sub together. Burnt rolls . asked what toppings i wanted and barley put anything on it... .???????? Update: came in again. gotta work on the customer service. walked up to the counter, and was not greeted. person making my sandwich seemed like they... were miles away, kept looking past me as if their attention was elsewhere. didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted, automaticallypicked white...I prefer wheat. sandwich was okay...had to pick out a few hard banana pepper stems.
