Every time we come here lately they're systems are conveniently "rebooting / out of order" late night and won't be back up until... breakfast. 2 cars in front of us in drive-thru got service, but we didn't. Also have came here in the middle of the day, as Iwork nearby, and the staff are rude and always have plenty of excuses as to why they can't help me. . . . . Read more

It's a McDonalds, you know what you're getting so not bothering to address the product (though only ordered a drink.) Only issue... there was with drive thru having two lines whoever was taking orders only addressed one line, leaving the other until they tookorders from 4 or 5 vehicles and line was empty, only to address other line where people were waiting far longer. not a hugecomplaint but weird choice for service flow. Newly upgraded but the service was terrible. The burgers that we received were cold with the minimum amount of toppings and... really felt like they were just thrown together. When we left we realized they forgot 1/4 of our order that we had to go backand get. No quality control, and they messed up making a coffee by not being able to figure out the ratio of milk to coffee. Notto mention for an empty location, we had to wait about 15m for food. Read more
In a hurry and waited over 8 min in drive thru for them to take our order. The guy repeated himself 3 times as if he was unsure... and i told him we were in a rush. We ordered 2 meals one with iced coffee and splenda only and the other meal with a "hot"mocha. We got our meals and they had asked if we just wanted only splenda in the iced coffee to which, for the 4th time, yes andthe "hot" mocha wasn't hot, they gave me a cold mocha which had never been made hot in the first place. No straw for the icedcoffee and they didn'tput splenda in it. Our food was hot but definitely not a place i would recommend if you are in a rush asit seems they can't run the drive thru under pressure. No time to ask them to correct these issues. Ordered my toddler a happy meal. Her chicken nugget box was full of spicy sauce that she opened and got all over herself and her... blanket. I don?t know how that could possibly be an honest mix up. Read more
Went here for my breakfast and there was hardly any line but when I was waiting to pay the order in front of me took forever!... When I finally was able to pull up and pay and get my order I asked the guy what was going on. He said he was the only oneworking the front of the restaurant by himself. They need to get more employees to get things moving faster and my sandwich wasjust ok as you can see with the picture. Read more
They must of ran out of salt, no salt on the fries. We were shorted one mchicken. The mchicken we did get was decent but the... lettuce Burger King lettuce is better. Burger King was not open unfortunately. We wanted to go there, the lights were off butstill kinda on. It would have been but the one star but the juicy McDoubles earned you guys one more star. I am a big fan of RonMcDonald movies but after this idk anymore. Loyal customer until today???????? Read more
