We went to eat dinner here, we sat there for about 20plus minutes without any waiter or waitress coming to us to take our order,... eventhough they were all standing around talking and laughing with each other. A young man finally came up to us and asked ifanyone had waited on us yet. We said no, one of the waitresses said someone would be over to take our orders. Apparently she gotside tracked with talking and laughing that she forgot to tell whoever was supposed to be our server, that we were there andneeded a server. The young man apologized for her and took our order. I ordered chicken wings and a side salad, my boyfriendordered a sandwich. It took another 20 plus minutes to receive my salad, it was small chopped lettuce like how a bag of cabbageis chopped to make coleslaw, but very little lettuce and about a pound of shredded cheese! My chicken wings were so tiny anddry. My boyfriend's sandwich had no taste to it. Then it took 15 minutes to get our credit card back. I would never go hereagain and would not recommend it to anyone. Had some lane issues but a super nice guy (I think his name was tanner) kept running down the lanes to fix all the issues. He... ended up refunding our first game since there were so many issues. Really nice and hard working guy! Someone get him a raise. Read more

Usually bowl on Monday. Good rates for seniors. Clean facilities. Lunch specials are tasty.
Our group of Cub Scouts had an absolutely wonderful time! our original plans had fallen through Ham Lake Lanes was able to... accommodate and host our whole group of children plus parents and siblings for bowling and our party for end of year Awardsthings ran so smoothly for bowling and getting children shoes staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful willingto go the extra mile we are thankful and appreciative of the way you were able to handle our group of more than 25 and on aleague night thank you for all your time effort and hard work as a parents of several children it makes it easier when somebodyhas caring friendly and helpful staff in one spot your staff was amazing thank you again 435 Linwood PS we will be coming backfor summer fun Read more
Service is excellent! Food is tasty and above industry standard. Lots of great choices! Lanes and equipment are top notch and... above industry standard. We came as a family for bowling. We used a Groupon which gave us two hours of bowling with shoe rentals, a large pizza, and... unlimited fountain drinks for 5 people. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. We will definitely comeback. Read more
Cheap open bowling. Kids love it. Great service. Definitely recommend this place for all!
