My family and I did a mobile order, we came to window and noticed something wasn't right with the order. We asked the employee... about it and see if we need to reorder some items. He went to grab a manager who wouldn't show her name tag, short dirty blondeponytail hair, came to the window said its the app I can't help you, bye. We pulled around and decided we would reorder themissing and walk inside to get it. She came out as she probably was leaving for the day said no the lobby is closed, I saidthat's not what google and your website says. She proceeded to give an attitude at every encounter. She should not be manager ifshe cannot take a minute to listen to the problem first before they answer. The gentleman who helped us after was amazing. Read more
How is it possible that just because they are Hispanics they treat people like that. I was here today in this place to buy food... they charged me to everyone who entered they gave them their food in less than 5 minutes just for being American. After 35minutes I got up to ask them what happened to my food, and they gave me my money back so I could leave the place. That's notgood, you can't see people like that working in these places, they are supposed to serve all kinds of races well ???????? Read more
I have always had quick service and the food has been hot and fresh this is one of very few Burger King's I will stop at.
Less than an hour ago.. I ordered the whopper meal with a pop, 4 pc mozzarella stick and a bacon double cheeseburger. They... messed up the order, I received 2 double cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. My own fault for not getting a receipt and notchecking the order. Read more
Food was lukewarm, had the chicken tenders and double cheese burgers. The chicken tasted old and the burgers weren't even warm... enough to melt the cheese at all. Won't go back any time soon. Read more
Menu board light burned out; couldn't read board to order. French fries over-cooked, hard, dry, and actually snapped. Lettuce on... sandwich was old and gray. More ice than pop. Horrible meal. I like BK but would never return to or recommend this BK. Read more
Food is good if they can get it right. But they don't get it right... Ever. I've gone dozens of times and never once had I not... had to go back to ask to have my food remade. I hate doing it, I shouldn't have to, and I know they hate having to remakethings. I feel like all the let go employees from McDonald's end up here. Guys... Plain means plain.
