Very poor and sloppy food control. There was old ingredients mixed in new. This stuff inside of that stuff. Not clean at all.... And most importantly there's an individual up there who barely makes your sandwich and you have to ask over and over again toget what you want. And to make it right. Ordered doordash, sandwich was overloaded with veggies which was nice. Hard to eat and messy but full of toppings at least.

I did an online order for curbside pickup for myself and my coworkers and went on my lunch break to pick it up. My order had... several sandwiches, none of which were labeled. Which means we had to open every one to know whose was whose. There were BARELYany toppings on all the sandwiches. I asked for jalapeños and there were TWO jalapeños on the entire thing. Also asked forextra lettuce and did not even receive the normal amount. The toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy, meaning they made them wayahead of time and all the ice was melted in my drink so it was watered down and gross. I called to speak to the store managerand she told me to bring all the sandwiches back so they could remake them. I told her I went on my lunch break and could not goback. She said she could get me a discount on my next order to make up for it but overall she wasn't very nice and didn't actlike she really cared that there was a problem. I am not a person who leaves reviews, I?ve worked in customer service my entire adult life, so I like to think I?m pretty... understanding. However it?s gotten to a point where I can?t just stay silent. Every single time we go to this place theteenagers they have working are always so slow. Idk if they decided to smoke before going into work or what, but it took 30minutes to get 3 sandwiches tonight, all the while one of the employees decided he wanted to flirt with my cousin instead offocusing on getting our food made. By the time we got home all of our food was cold. I had to reheat mine in the microwave.There is no need to take 30 minutes on sandwiches. Please teach your employees the importance of quick and efficient customerservice. Read more

Me and my kids visited this location around 5:30pm, It was a little busy. We order 3 footlongs. The two young men working were... polite and quick, working well together. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the store itself was clean. I would definitelyrecommend an extra employee for your dinner rush, though the employees were fast, they had to many people/sandwiches to make toget customers out in a timely manner. We stood in line for about 15 minutes. Thank You Subway Guys y'all did great!! Read more
