I really don?t like this sonic I hate that it?s the closest to my house. They?re always getting my order wrong. They?re slow... like really slow. I love sonic ice I always come to this location & they make a big deal selling bags of ice. They tell you thatthey only sell bags ice in the morning but when I come in the morning requesting a bag I get the same response ?we?re notselling bags of ice yet? ughh! Not to mention at night time your meal is never fresh at this location. I got so fed up Istarting driving 2 miles just for sonic when this one is about 0.3 miles away from my home. Increasingly more and more let down by this location. The service and quality of food just seems to drop each time. I really... like sonic A LOT but I dont recommend this location. This last time I went my family didnt get everything we ordered and it wasall cold. Just a massive let-down really. Had to move stalls bc the speaker was out and then had to wait for at least 20 minutesfor cold food I didnt even get all of and ended up making our own food at home anyways. Which may be better, big picture, butdefinitely not the experience sonic used to be. Read more
This sonic consistently never has enough workers- I've seen it closed during normal business hours, and I've pulled in twice... only to be told over the intercom there would be a "substantial wait" for any orders. This particular location can't seem toget it together. Either pay better so people will want to work there, or just get out of the business and let the other sonicstake over. This sonic "no longer accepts" the coupons printed out on there own receipts- none of which have expiration dates-and regardless they won't honor them yet other sonics will. If these issues were just once our twice, I'd understand. But I wasa visitor at least twice a week, sometimes more, and it's just getting worse and worse. I won't come to this sonic anymore. Went to this location twice within 2 weeks. Ordered via app ( no issues). Food came out on time and looks great as it should.... Burger was great and cheese tots were covered properly in cheese and not short like other locations. I love my cheesetots. Didn't get a mint ????????. Had onions on my burger to so we all know how the rest of the day went lol. 2-11-22: tatertots have seen better days. Not fully cooked, barely cheese and 1 tot looks like its from an older order. Got a door dash today and when I got it I got a gray hotdog I work 16+hours a day and usually too busy to go out for lunch so... I?m starving and when I get my order I get this! Like where is your quality control this thing looks like it was found in awater bath under the sink and was inedible. Sonic could never get a burger order right but now you can?t get your coneys righteither bless your heart if your staff can?t withhold quality you won?t have jobs sooner or later get it together Read more
I ordered 6 drinks. 3 were wrong and all of them looked like this. Pure laziness. I will NEVER go back. Not even for the "2 free... drinks" they offered me. I'd rather have the drinks I paid for correct or refunded. Sorry excuse of a sonic Read more
At times they respond quickly and at times they don't respond at all when you push the button. Their ranch, isn't even cold,... it's hot/warm temperature. Sometimes bringing out your order takes awhile. Prefer the other location. Read more
