Went through the drive thru woth my dog. When I got my order, the guy gave me a dog treat too! ??. Sandwich was awesome. My... only complaint is the soup. Please go back to the old brand! It was far better. The new one is gross... both the new broccoliand cheese AND the potato are nasty. Read more
I do NOT understand how hard it is to read a simple ticket. And it wasn?t even busy!! Be warned if you want something special... done to your food, you?re gonna have to spell it out for the employees to get the point across. I simply asked for light cheeseon my pizza because I?m very lactose intolerant and I still get the full cup of cheese dumped on my pizza. I?ve been in thebathroom for 2 hours consecutively. Thank you guys now I wasted money on food I can?t eat. Update: it?s been 2 weeks with noeffort to make this right. Ohhh that smokecheesy sandwich! It's craveable and what I order every time I come to Schlotskys. This time I ordered it with the... roast beef (I've tried the chicken many times before) and it was still so delicious! My daughter and I noticed the dining areais opened now so we decided to park and order inside for the heck of it. The gentleman taking orders was super polite and had asmile on his face the whole time. The chef that created our sandwiches did a great job as well. The music playing in thebackground was my fave radio station (air1!!), so it was the cherry on top for me to sing my fave songs while waiting for myorder. We were very pleased with everything! While outdoing deliveries today I have many sub shop pickups and deliveries. Made me really hungry smelling them good sandwiches... but I knew there was only one place I like to get deli sandwiches, Schlotzsky's had never let me down until today. Ordered alarge double meat pastrami and swiss with mustard on the side on a jalepeno bun. Wasn't quite sure what this sandwich was, thiscouldn't have been sandwich bread and that pastrami, no way that is double meat, had double cheese but definitely not doublemeat and it didn't taste fresh. I had to eat it open as there was way more bread and cheese than meat and ended up throwing awaythe last quarter. The pastrami was mostly chopped up and folded upon itself to make it appear meatier. Could be just thislocation with an issue. That was definitely not worth $16 dollars. Read more
