Every single time I buy from here some how they manage to mess up the order from leaving whole items out to not preparing food... correctly. Drive through time is a joke. I?ve tried several times to forgive and forget but this is like the 5th time my orderhas been wrong. McFlury was messed up also didn?t get the spoon and they dumped ice cream in a cup with the oreo on top anddidn?t use the machine to blend it. So it was nothing under it and no way to stir it. The wait in line is the longest I have ever waited, especially at a McDonalds. The guy on the speaker was by far mono toned but... didn't seem to thrilled with his job. I normally don't go to this one because of bad service but my daughter wanted McDonaldsand that's the one that was closest to us. I do not recommend this particular location, at all. Read more

Everyone's rude, no customer service, charge you extra for anything and everything you ask for. Why is everyone at McDonald's so... hurt and sticks up where the sun don't shine? I really don't understand it. Have a good attitude wherever you are- or change thelifestyle so you can be happy. They just aren't there to be what you'd hope for in a dining experience, doesn't matter if it'smcdonalds or Ruth's Chris. Also the 1st lady who took my order said my total was 7.59 and then the order got lost somehow when Icame to the window- another lady had to redo the order and it came out cheaper, although she decided to charge me now for a cupof water and a bar b q sauce which should come with the nuggets. The staff here today is wonderful! I was trying to order through the app to use a coupon for a free Happy Meal and it kept... saying the terms of the deal weren't met even tho I was choosing from the list of acceptable items. I asked about it and themanager gave me the free Happy Meal anyways! The staff is very polite and hardworking. The girl taking orders is running aroundcleaning whenever she gets a break in customers! The ac is not working in the kitchen/main dining area, but it is very nice andcool in the playplace dining area! Would definitely come here again when in the area! Hope for the sake of the employees theyfix the ac soon, tho! Read more
Placed my order through the app thinking it would make things easier. Nope, after waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes,... the lady taking orders helped 2 people on the other lane before she ever came to me to take my order. I gave her my ordernumber, she "couldn't find it", but told me to "come to the window and she would see if she could help me." Went to the window,the girl at the window never said sorry for the wait or even Thank You. I would not let my worst enemy go to this McDonald's. Read more
They got my order wrong at first but the guy with a cross behind his left ear was very helpful and gave me no issues at all!!!... He replaced what was wrong and remade the sweet tea!! I appreciate there?s someone here at least doing there job to keepcustomers happy!! :) Read more
Horrible! Don?t eat at this Mc Donald?s. Please go to another one. They throw your food at you thru the drive thru window as if... they are mad and the food was cold and tasted terrible! I don?t usually have time to leave reviews but I just had to make timebecause they ruined not only my meal getting it incorrect but the whole entire visit there was one of my worst experiences at afast food restaurant. I will call corporate first thing Monday morning. WOW they finally answered the phone after I calledseveral times and I couldn?t get a word out before they hung up the phone. SMH Read more
