The employees are extremely nice, the food is always hot and fresh..not crazy about the Mac n cheese I've had better at other... Lisa's ..but I want to thank a young lady who on a hot hot day while I was out walking and got caught without my wallet, allowedme to get a cup of ice water without charging me..she was very kind and understanding..this is the type of restaurant that genuinely cares about it's patrons...thank you thank you..I will give a review though based on my general visits for this verydeserving business Read more
This is a relatively local fast food that has expanded rapidly in the last 2 years. The chicken is large pieces & the crust is... always crunchy. The fried shrimp is also large. The meats are always very hot (no cold meats). The side of okra is also a largeportions, crunchy & hot. Rolls are very good. French fries are also hot. No seating. Inside pick-up or drive thru. I had paid about $16 for my 5pc combo, they gave me the wrong side, 1 I don't like. So I was left with chicken and 1 side and a... drink. Not the experience I was looking for. They were busy, I unserstand, told me to let them know next time I came in. Icame back a week later, Manager (Frank) gave me fries, I asked if he can just discount whatever the cost of those would be so Ican buy a combo. He refused, and said I can only have the fries. Completely lacking in customer service skills, I paid toomuch to not get what I paid for, instead having 2 negative experiences. ***HUMAN HAIR IN 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN*** I used to love this place but I was there today and I found human hair in 2 pieces of... chicken!! And when I called the manager (A lady named Francis) she told me that I won't get a refund since We ate some ofit...well...we were in the middle of family dinner when one of my kids found a piece of hair in his food and after examining therest of the chicken, we found another hair INSIDE the piece of chicken!!!...They just lost a loyal customer who used to driveall the way from Lewisville to buy their catfish and chicken...
