Order food in store and there were not a single customer in the restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes, but our food was not ready!... Went and remind the girl at the cash register about our food. She said it's being made. Waited another 15 minutes but our foodwas still not ready!! Several people came and picked up their food! Went amd asked the person who took our order to refund usour money as we has waited over 25 minutes waiting on food. The cashier was on his personal cell phone talking to someone allthe time while he tried to refund our money!!!! Worst service ever!!!! Never going back at this restaurant again!!!! Read more
FYI: the menu in the drive-thru is more comprehensive than the menu inside the restaurant. They only keep the big, expensive... options in the dining room. The restaurant was also dirty and there were no lids and straws for the drinks. Read more
I honestly do not know how this place stays in business! Employees are ALWAYS rude, they never get the orders correct. I asked... for salt & pepper and the guy at the drive thru says sorry no salt & pepper this time! How can a fried chicken place not carrysalt & pepper?! Today was officially my last day going to KFC. I'm going to miss what that place used to be. The food that I got today they... ought to be embarrassed about. Maybe next time they would like to serve some chicken along with all that grease they pour intoyour bucket. My son wanted to try the new plant based nuggets, so we went through the drive thru and got some chicken and nuggets. Nuggets... were missing entirely and the chicken was dry and so hard our teeth hurt to chew it. We live pretty far and only go throughthis area once a week so we don?t have time to drive back. Order using the app. I only got dark meat when I ordered a mixed 12 pc bucket of chicken. No gravy on 3 orders of gravy. When... called the store the manager stated that she made the order and that I could come back up there and get the gravy if I wantedand it was my uber driver's fault. Which I find to hilarious since my husband picked up the order. When I tried to correct herabout the uber driver she hung up on me. Do not eat here. Rude customer service and poor quality of food. Even for fast food this was pretty sub par. Nothing likes the taste of chicken spine and grey mush.
