The people were awesome, kind friendly and professional. I did unintentionally give them a hard time, yet they were very sweet.... We had to wait for our order and even that was okay. I would rather wait than he cold food. Churches chicken is what I grew upon. Now that they are cheeper than Lisa's chicken I would much rather eat churches chicken than Lisa's chicken. The only reasonI gave them 3 stars was because my second piece of chicken tastes like fish. I am allergic to fish so I couldn't eat it with outgetting sick. I have had food at the Beach St. location a few times and the food is always fresh. The chicken has a good flavor and very... tender. The sides are very filling. It's hard to beat the Texas Grande meal. A lot of food for the for the money. The employeesare also very nice and quick with the order. Read more

I recommend that you don?t go to this churches. It?s not because of the poor manager because my God I know she?s in there... working hard, it?s because of the rude employees that she has employed for her. I wasn?t going to say anything but because shewas so rude to me I just have to get this off my chest. Firstly when I was at the drive-through she was very rude she was notvery open to answering my questions she claimed that they didn?t have certain things on the menu that I know that they did. Sheended up later coming back and had to correct herself about the things that they have on the menu. After that when I got to thewindow she was still rude to me while she was taking my money. She was very reluctant to give me military discount as if I waslying about the five years of service that I?ve done . Then when I asked her for her manager as I was speaking to her managerabout how poorly she behaves she walked off with the attitude comes to talking trash with one of the other employees. As I satout the window I watched her go back-and-forth about their feelings on me reporting her to her manager. Not to mention they hada long fingernails and no gloves on which is against several of the health rules in restaurants. Newsflash sweetheart bacteriahides under those long acrylic nails and it gets into peoples food and gets them sick.No hairnet. And bad attitudes. I wouldjust go to another churches. Always consistent food! Even with the busy time of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo it was a quick meal and super enjoyable
Drive through only. They don't open the door for dine in anymore. They still have Tuesday special (discount). The chicken is... crispy but tastes like the oil is old. They will be open on Christmas's Eve from 10a-10p. So, the employees will have to workand come home late. Wishing them a very Merry Christmas. Read more
