First of all, I got two thin slices of roast beef on the sub. Then there was no t made. Then the young lady was standing and... staring off into space like she was higher than a kite. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru after told to hold on, no one ever came back or answered when I called for them. Drove past the... window to see 2 employees standing on there phones, one with the drive thru head-set on. Will never return to this lazy subwayagain. Read more

I went to drive thru to pick up two sandwiches. I was told to go to the window to order which is fine because my truck makes it... difficult to hear through the speakers. I go up there and the lady who was taking my order asked what I wanted. I startedtelling her and then she aggressively asked if I wanted the sandwich a foot long or 6 inch. Best to explain is she seemedirritated. I told her a foot long and then have to tell her my whole order again. Once I told her everything, she asked if Iwanted vegetables quietly so I couldn?t hear her. I asked her to repeat it and again aggressively and annoyed she repeatsvegetables. I told her no. I didn?t order the second sandwich. She goes and gets the sandwich. I didn?t stay. I decided to takemy business else where. It was one of the worse services I?ve experienced. Read more

I ordered three sandwiches using the mobile app. When we arrived at the drive thru we were told to pull up to the window. We... sat and waited for 10 minutes while 2 employees passed by the window. No one acknowledged us. After 10 minutes I drove aroundand sent my daughter in to pick it up. She was met by a worker holding our sack out with 2 fingers. The worker did not greetmy daughter or use any customer service as expected. The worker did not say a word to my daughter and acted as if we hadinconvenienced her. The inability to treat customers with respect (drive thru window) has occurred many times over our recentpurchases. The lack of customer service tells me that your workers and manager do not desire my money, for which I willgladly go somewhere else. If cusotmers are not allowed to drive up and get the order then put up a sign! Read more
