Stopped in when I saw a sign for "Apple Chaider" but ended up choosing their PSL after they told me the pumpkin mixture is made... in-house! Pretty much just pumpkin and milk (oat, for me) which was too tempting to pass up. I have to say, it was the best PSLI have EVER had, and I've had many from big name coffee shops to mom-and-pop shops. Not too sweet and really hit the spot. Andthe staff? So very nice! The cutest place for a coffee with the best vibes. We stopped for coffee to go but if I lived locally I would never leave. The... baristas were so knowledgeable and friendly, the fireplace corner was so cozy, and the porch on the back had the best view. Thecoffee was so good, too, but honestly the place was so much the quintessential embodiment of what I want a coffee shop to bethat I would go back even if it had tasted terrible. I don't review places often. But I have to say, this place is my only go to coffee shop when I visit Maine. The coffee is... immaculate, the staff is warm and kind, and the overall atmosphere is perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I love this place! I honestly base my appointments in the area around when they are open. My go-to order is their Maple oat milk... latte, but everything is delicious. The owner and staff are also really great. It?s a small shop and they always speak upconversations while your waiting. A true local gem with a small town community feel. Read more
I?m in love with this place! After we closed our location for the season in Boothbay Harbor Maine I went to visit Hallowell, and... one of my regulars highly recommend to me this coffee shop. I walked in and the owner greeted me with a big smile. I placed myorder and got a nutty latte, turkey panini and a cinnamon roll.
