The food is really basic and nothing to complement at all. Definitely won't go back. Service was not great either. They did... appear to maybe be understaffed, so we tried to cut them some slack. I?m not one to complain but I decided to go here for my birthday. Food was absolutely horrible. We had 6 plates messed up. 5... people were eating.. Also waited 40-50 minutes for food. Two simple pizzas that weren?t even cooked and one didn?t have theother topping. It tasted like water when biting into the pizza. We ordered a large wing and only got not even 6 small piecesthat coasted over $20.. The chicken was over cooked. One of the chicken sandwiches wasn?t even made right and was slappedtogether with store bought sandwich meat. All of the sauces were watered down. We went bowling after and we were talking aboutwhat happened. One of the workers actually had asked us what happened now because this isn?t the first time. It?s happenedseveral times. Went tonight, wasn't very busy. Ordered an appetizer and sandwiches. About 45 minutes later, our mozzarella sticks came out -... they were terrible, not hot at all and obviously were microwaved. Realizing the larger party that was there before us stillhadn't been served their food, we canceled the rest of our order. Still paid $20 for awful mozzarella sticks and a couple ofsodas. If you are thinking if trying this place, don't waste your time. Not worth it. Only good thing was our server who wefelt sorry for. Hope she gets a job someplace better. Ok good was good but service lousy. Ordered chix fingers and after almost an hour I find out they were out of them. Prior to... that nobody came to tell us they had no chicken fingers. It took way to long for food to even show. ordered soft pretzels and itwas an hour and a half later we got them. Read more
I thought this would be sports pub food, not expecting anything special. Steak tips were a home run and everyone I was with... raved about their meals. You might look at a sports pub next to a bowling alley and think, what? You would be wrong. A funplace, great food and the chef cares about the quality of what he serves. I know in this time it is hard to keep staff and I understand being understaffed. I don't mind the extra wait time. The problems... I had is the lack of service. Got potato skins got no plates or utensils to eat with. The restaurant started to fill with smokefrom the kitchen the staff didn't seem to notice or care when other customers mentioned it. Nothing seemed to be done to remedythe smokey situation in the restaurant itself. All this before even getting our meals. We were informed that they were trainingnew kitchen staff who did not know as much as they said. I hope the new staff works out and gets better. Read more
Wow, you have to try the bbq chicken Flatbread pizza with crispy onion rings on top, nice and thin crispy flatbread...it was... really good..and you will defiantly want extra napkins. The staff provided excellent service , made great suggestions andthroughly explained the menu options. Great beer selection also.I am truly looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend fora family friendly fun and inviting atmosphere. You can even have your food served in the bowling center if you want to watch agame while you eat. Will be back soon. Unfortunately this place has been on a downhill slide and has bottomed out. Only way from there is up, but won't be going back.... Waited about 25 minutes at a dirty table for waitress, never cleaned the table, another 10+ minutes for drinks to come out. Alot longer for the food. Pulled pork was ok, girlfriend's grilled cheese was so cold the cheese was rock hard. Onion ringswere good. Read more
