First experience at this store and was extremely disappointed. The young brunette lady making our sandwiches was unfriendly from... the beginning. While in the middle of making my sandwich, she checked her phone from inside her pocket and then continued tomake my sandwich. No glove change, which is disgusting and against Subways policy. The peppers did not look fresh, maybepreviously frozen? Also I had to ask for napkins as she didn't put any in the bag..also Subway Policy. Amazing costumer service! We weee in town for an event Friday night. My kids were hungry and everything was closed. I drove up... to this subway and the owner and staff were locking the door. The owner asked me if I wanted a sandwich and offered to go backin and make not one sandwich, but five! He was so polite and kind ti open back up his store for us. This subway deserve morethan a 5 ??????????Review. You don?t see this kind of service anymore. Thank you again!!! Read more

Didn?t expect this kind of subway at all. It has a freakin drive-through. Loved it was super clean and the food was delicious .

The customer service is not at all what it needs to be. I toled them that out of the three sandwiches one had no onions. So... label it dont look at a customer and say "oh I don't remember" that's a horrible horrible attitude. I placedIplaced 5 orders.It's your job to do it correctly including labeling the orders. And yes I would know Ive worked in customer service before. It'sone thing to mess up, it's another to deliberately not do your job. I will not be going back just for that. And to top it off Ijust opened my food, my daughter did not get a toasted sandwich, the bread is stale and hard. Like how? Read more

Arrived at 12:00, lunchtime. That?s when you schedule your ?A? team right? Waited 10 minutes and there was a line behind us... before we were talked to at the drive through. The lady who took our order did not understand anything we were trying to order.She was super confused. All we got was two sandwiches, some chips, and a drink. Different employees kept tying to give us foodwe didn?t order through the window. Several people were going in and out of the restaurant with their food faster than we had towait. That is not how the drive through is supposed to work. Employees kept having to come back and ask what we wanted. Orderwas wrong and poorly assembled. We were embarrassed for them. Read more
